1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Karolina Terra (doing business as KT Business Solutions) ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), located in Naples, Florida, you ("User", "Client") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.

2. Description of Services

KT Business Solutions provides business automation consulting, CRM software implementation (via HighLevel), and digital marketing strategies for local businesses.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

• Services are billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annually) or as one-time consulting fees.
• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via our platform.
• By adding a payment method, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your designated billing method.
• Subscription Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations must be requested at least 3 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.

4. User Responsibilities & A2P Compliance

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree not to use our platform to send spam, unsolicited messages, or violate specific carrier regulations (A2P 10DLC).
• You consent to receiving SMS/text messages from us regarding your account and services. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt-out.

5. Intellectual Property

The content, features, and functionality of our services (including but not limited to automation snapshots, funnel designs, and training materials) are and will remain the exclusive property of KT Business Solutions. You are granted a limited license to use these materials for your own business use only.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall KT Business Solutions, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
