The Story

I've been on your side of the counter.

My career started in Brazil, inside the world of business: years in banking and credit, then consulting directly with business owners. I saw hundreds of businesses from the inside. The numbers, the habits, the reasons they grew or broke.

Then I became the owner. Food service, e-commerce, and later, here in Florida, a home-services company that I built, systematized, and eventually handed over. Running it taught me what no bank or consulting job could: what it feels like when every call, every quote, and every problem lands on you.

The businesses that thrive aren't the ones with the hardest-working owners. They're the ones where the owner's knowledge became process.

That's the work I do now at KT Business Solutions. I take what lives in the owner's head and turn it into an operation: mapped processes, a trained team, and simple systems, increasingly powered by AI, that keep money and time from leaking through the cracks.

I work in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Based in Florida, working with service businesses wherever they are.
